YKON invites participants to the News Transformation Agency, a playful workshop and temporary news office at Lasipalatsi gallery, Helsinki.

What if we could experience daily news in a more personal way – and script a different future while doing so? Join the NEWS TRANSFORMATION AGENCY and dive into the world of news from a new perspective.

Together we’ll embark on an experiment to transform global news into a locally relevant context and see how it could affect our lives. We’ll be employing vision and fiction to irritate and challenge the viewers eye. Our results will be published around Lasipalatsi (TV-Sceen, Posters) and merge into a LIVE NEWS SHOW during the Night of the Arts.
